Pickling Solution

Description:

Used for pickling.

Makes: 1 jar

Ingredients:

1/2 cup coarse cooking salt

2 cups water

2 1/2 cups white vinegar

Instructions:

Stir the salt into the water, using a saucepan. Boil 3 minutes and then add the vinegar.
