Hot Artichoke
Dip
Description:
A party favorite dip, when served with
toasted pita bread.
Servings: 1
Ingredients:
artichoke hearts,14,ounce,canned,
coarsely chopped
parmesan cheese,1,cup,
cream cheese,8,ounce,room temperature
mayonnaise,1/2,cup
dill weed,1/2,teaspoon
garlic,1/4,teaspoon,minced
Instructions:
Heat oven to 400 degrees. Combine all
ingredients. Scrape into 10'' pie plate or small low casserole dish.
Bake until puffy, hot and bubbly, about 30 minutes. Serve with bread
stick, pita chips or crackers.
