Peanut Butter Fudge

Ingredients
3 cups sugar
dash of salt
4 tablespoons of cocoa
1 can evaporated milk
1/4 stick butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup peanut butter
Directions
Combine sugar, salt, cocoa, and milk. Cook on
medium-low heat. Bring to boil. Add butter and vanilla. Form soft
ball. Remove from heat. Add peanut butter. Beat until partially
firm. Pour on to buttered pan or dinner plate. Ready in about 10
minutes. |
