Peanut Butter Cups
Makes 150-200 cups • From the kitchen of Matthew of Madison,

Ingredients
18 ounce jar of creamy peanut butter
2 3/4 cups sifted confectioners sugar
1/2 cup melted butter
melting chocolate-about 2 pounds
Directions
Mix all ingredients except chocolate together. Take
small pieces and roll into balls. Place balls into small fluted
candy cups. Melt chocolate over hot water or in the microwave and
cover peanut butter ball with chocolate. Place into refrigerator
until set. |
