Peanut Butter Bars
Makes Large Cookie Sheet • From the kitchen of JDR
Ingredients
2 Cups Peanut Butter
2 Cubes Margarine
1 Package Graham Crackers - Crushed
1 Pound Powdered Sugar (1/2 of bag or 1 lb box)
2 Bags Milk Chocolate Chips
Directions
Melt margarine in medium sauce pan on low heat then
stir in 2 cups of creamy peanut butter until smooth. Remove from
heat and add crushed graham cracker crumbs and powdered sugar. Pat
mixture into large cookie sheet. Sprinkle 2 bags of milk chocolate
chips evenly over the top and place in a 200 degree oven until the
chocolate chips can be spread easily. Place in the refrigerator
overnight and before you cut them into squares let them sit outside
of the refrigerator for a couple of hours otherwise they will break
and not cut. |
