Chunky Mallow Candy
Makes 1 batch • From the kitchen of Lynn Stringer
Ingredients
1 cup crunchy peanut butter
1 (12oz) package chocolate chips
4 cups miniature marshmallows
Directions
Melt together peanut butter and chocolate chips in
microwave. Stir and allow to cool slightly (so as not to melt
marshmallows). In large bowl, pour chocolate mixture over
marshmallows. Stir until marshmallows are completely coated. Pour
into buttered pan and chill. Cut into squares and ENJOY!!! |
