Festive Chocolate Truffles

Ingredients

1/2 cup cream
1 cup chopped chocolate
1 cup cocoa powder or powdered sugar
 

Directions

in a microwave safe bowl mix together chocolate and milk then melt on high for 2 stirring often or you can put in for a time appropriate for your microwave.) once mixed together let cool in the fridge for 2-4 hours or overnight. once cooled and hardened scoop out a teaspoon at a time of the chocolate then roll them into small balls. after that roll them in the cocoa or sugar and let cool for another hour.
