Christmas Crackle Candy

Ingredients

3 3/4 cup sugar
1 1/2 cup light corn syrup
1 cup water
1 teaspoon cinnamon flavouring oil
powdered sugar
 

Directions

Mix first 3 ingredients in a large saucepan. Stir over medium heat until temperature reaches 310 degrees. Stir in flavouring and color. Pour onto greased cookie sheet. Break into pieces.
