Chocolate Balls

Ingredients
1 cup of crunchy peanut butter
4 ounces butter
2.25 cups of icing sugar
1.5 cups of rice bubbles
Chocolate Mix:
8 ounces cooking chocolate
1 ounce vegetable shortening
Directions
Melt the peanut butter and butter in a pan and pour
over the dry ingredients. Mix well. Roll ingredients into 1 inch
balls and refrigerate for 10 minutes. Melt chocolate, mix
ingredients gently over double boiler. Roll balls into chocolate
mixture and put on wire drainer. Refrigerate. |
